My online course is a basic electricity class that immediately shows whether electricity is what you should be studying.
First, an entrance exam will be given of some of the types of math, only strong math minded students will continue.
Then there are required math skills that we will go over, including an array of mathematics that include only simple algebra. Abbreviations, power’s of ten, and simple formula management are the basic need principles.
After concluding the math portion, the focus will shift to the units. Continuing our pursuit for good math skills, the student will then learn units of the electrical elements using the previous abbreviations.
Ohms law will follow with the simple manipulation of its formula. Along with the math, we will also begin defining the elements, down to the molecular level.
Once the molecular and math skills have been discussed the objective will be a series DC circuit. Collaboration of the elements in many different arrangements will show the theory.
Parrallel Circuits will be the next topic of discussion. Looking at the theory behind several arrangements with the elements, only in the parallel arrangement, will be the last step before applications.
The application phase will use a software that will be downloadable, that will allow the student to manipulate and build circuits. Theory will be shown to fact through multi meters.
